CARPENTRY APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
Two Pillars Construction Ltd. supports continued education and encourages all eligible employees to consider the Carpentry Apprentice Program.
Apprenticeship is paid work-based training, combined with post-secondary education. Successful completion of both components, along with examinations, will earn you your ITA Certificate of Qualification, Inter-Provincial Read Seal Endorsement and Certificate of Apprenticeship.
Two Pillars Construction Ltd. will continue to pay for your MSP and extended health premiums while you are on EI.
Eligibility requirements for the Apprenticeship Program are as follows:
- Must be employed by Two Pillars for a minimum of six (6) months
- Must commit to working for Two Pillars for a minimum of six (6) months after the last completed Apprenticeship Program Level
